Responsibilities

Develop original graphic designs and layouts for print and digital media, including brochures, posters, banners, and branding materials.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design requirements and translate them into visually engaging and effective creative solutions.
Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Adobe InDesign to produce professional-grade graphics that align with organizational branding guidelines.
Apply principles of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to ensure clarity and aesthetic appeal in all design outputs.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Maintain consistency across various design platforms while adapting to the specific needs of different campaigns and communications.
Prepare files and artwork for print production, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to printing specifications.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
Incorporate feedback from team members and management to refine designs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Utilize additional design tools such as Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects to enhance the creativity and functionality of visual content.
