Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workflow and ensure smooth shop operations.
- Engage with customers to understand and address their service needs.
- Handle spare parts procurement and inventory management.
- Maintain job cards and service records with accuracy.
- Drive process improvements and support other tasks typically required of a Service Advisor in an auto shop.
Desired Qualifications
- Passion for the automotive industry is non-negotiable.
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken) is a must.
- No prior experience is required—enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
- Education related to automotive is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
Compensation
- Starting salary: **60,000 PKR per month** (half during the training period of up to 90 days).
- Additional bonuses based on sales and target achievements.
- Free maintenance for your car or jeep (subject to slot availability).
