Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing resource mobilization strategies and plans to meet the organization's funding and resource needs.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential funding sources, including grants, sponsorships, partnerships, and donations.
- Assist in preparing compelling grant proposals, funding applications, and other fundraising materials to secure financial resources.
- Support the cultivation and stewardship of relationships with donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to maximize resource mobilization opportunities.
- Assist in organizing and managing fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to raise funds and increase donor engagement.
- Collaborate with the communication team to develop impactful communication materials that effectively convey the organization's mission and programs to potential donors and sponsors.
- Monitor and track fundraising activities, including donor contributions, grants, and sponsorships, and prepare regular reports to evaluate progress and performance.
- Assist in building and maintaining a donor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date donor records.
- Support the Resource Mobilization Manager in budgeting and financial planning related to resource mobilization activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new funding opportunities to enhance resource mobilization efforts.
