We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales, expand our client base, and promote PFM’s hard and soft facility management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate network, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development within the facility management or outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients for hard and soft facility management services.
  • Identify potential business opportunities, conduct market research, and establish relationships with corporate decision-makers.
  • Lead sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Promote hard services (mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and technical support) and soft services (janitorial, horticulture, waste management, and tea boy services).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Represent PFM at industry events, networking meetings, and trade shows.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the facility management sector.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or corporate client management (preferably in facility management, outsourcing, or related industries).
  • Strong corporate network with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
