• Maintaining employee’s personal files with all the required documents and updating records.
  • Looking after the Time, Attendance & Leave management.
  • Update employee data and attendance record in HRIS system.
  • To work on recruitment plans and execution.
  • To update employee’s insurance data in HRIS system.
  • Arrange Induction plans for new staff.
  • Administrator facility functions including training, projects, meeting and events.
  • To perform any other task assigned by HOD.
