We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day operations for one of our esteemed clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising both housekeeping staff and technical teams, ensuring smooth site operations, quality control, and effective coordination between staff and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily project activities on-site.
- Directly manage and oversee housekeeping and technical staff to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and facility services.
- Allocate tasks, manage schedules, and ensure timely execution of duties by the teams.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational guidelines.
- Maintain regular communication with senior management and provide updates and reports.
- Handle conflict resolution and provide support to staff as needed.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role, preferably in facilities management or related fields.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage both soft and technical services efficiently.Proficient in MS Office and project tracking/reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites if required.
