Accounts Executive

Pakistan Logistics Cell is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, managing payables and receivables, and ensuring reliable bookkeeping practices. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in accounting operations and proficiency in bookkeeping, billing, and using financial software such as Odoo and Microsoft Excel. This position is based in Bahria Town, Lahore and involves working closely with other departments to help maintain the organization's financial integrity. The Accounts Executive is responsible for efficient financial record keeping, timely billing, and maintaining bank books to support the companys financial health. This role does not involve managing a team but requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and filing are critical to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for all financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
Prepare and process billing invoices according to company policies and client agreements.
Maintain and update the bank book with all relevant transactions and reconciliations.
Organize and maintain financial records, including filling and documentation as per company guidelines.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Odoo software for data entry, financial reporting, and record management.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for review by management.
Provide support during audits by preparing required documentation and ensuring accuracy of records.
Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data in compliance with company standards.
