Scope of Work

1.       Review and revise PPAF’s overall Results Framework linked to SDGs, using participatory methods to involve relevant staff (specifically PPR team, MER and senior management), develop relevant indicators and required data collection tools and methodology for POs.

2.       Update Balochistan strategy through secondary review of the literature and consultative discussions with the key stakeholders such as officials from the provincial Government of Balochistan, NGOs, Local Govt. and Community Representatives as well as PPAF management and staff.

3.       Design and conduct with support of MER unit UC diagnostic review of two selected UCs form Balochistan/KP.

Deliverables           

1.       Finalized Results Framework of PPAF linking to SDGs for enhanced monitoring and reporting of PPAF programmes against SDGs. This includes targets, indicators and tools for data collection/tracking as agreed with SGH-QARD

2.       Update Balochistan Strategy

3.       UC diagnostic survey tools, methodology and report.

Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) is the lead apex institution for community-driven development in the country.
