• Review of development reports and plans, progress and future planning of government and as well as private sectors.

  • A comprehensive situation analysis report will be developed by consultant based on primary and secondary data information about community development work and women and girls’ empowerment.

  • Field visits of randomly selected Tehsils and UCs will be conducted and reported accordingly.

  • Meetings with Muzzafargrah’s stakeholders will be held for data collection of development work, including Government departments, private sectors, NGOs and communities.

  • Collect and consolidate current development work in District.

  • Analysis of major sector’s progress and budget. 

  • All information put on standardized format to be given by PPAF.

  • Submit all meeting’s minutes and supporting material gathered during consultancy.

  • Present his work and analysis to lead team.

  • Prepare work plan of his/her consultancy tasks prior proceeding for the meetings and to the field visit.

Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) is the lead apex institution for community-driven development in the country.
