We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content/Graphic Designer to design engaging digital content and responsive web interfaces that prioritize user experience. The ideal candidate will blend visual creativity with effective communication and technical proficiency to produce high-quality, user-centered content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop visually engaging, accessible, and user-friendly digital content and web pages.
Research topics and user needs to create clear, concise, and relevant content, ensuring alignment with policies, processes, and branding standards.
Translate complex information and workflows into intuitive, easy-to-understand language and visuals.
Create and maintain content that adheres to style guides, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other visual design assets to communicate design ideas effectively.
Collaborate with developers, content writers, user researchers, and project teams to ensure designs align with goals and technical requirements.
Optimize designs for cross-browser compatibility, performance, and responsiveness.
Test content usability and adjust designs using user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.
Keep current with design trends, digital technologies, and user experience best practices.
Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in an agile work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience designing digital content and user-friendly web interfaces.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and accessibility standards.
Ability to write and structure digital content clearly and effectively.
Skilled in using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Strong research skills to identify user needs and content gaps.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and design consistency.
