• Oversee the daily management of the legal function and provide accurate, timely and pragmatic legal advice to support the company’s Business.
  • Monitor, measure and report on any legal issues, risks, opportunities and development in a timely manner 
  • Ensure awareness of any legal updates/regulatory changes and advise on any necessary change to company legal policy 
  • Conduct research and ensure adherence to the prevailing laws, draft, circulate to the management, review with the management, finalizing the draft and process signature or initial to the management 
  • Advise on and assist the management with all of legal documentations and issues within the organization 
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with Government Official and third party
  • Liaison with the appointed lawyer or advisor, prepare evidence and supporting documents, review and revise any draft generated by the counsel 
  • Coordination with the company legal counsel 
  • Facilitate and collaborate with other divisions regarding legal and compliance matters

Requirements: 

  • Experiences in Corporate Legal and Compliance Division.
  • Good analytical skill 
  • Deep understanding regarding corporate law 
  • Deep understanding regarding banking, finance market, and IT industry 
  • Good negotiation and mediation skill 
  • Good communication skill
  • Positive attitude, integrity, efficient, team-work, discipline and adaptable 
  • English proficiency is a MUST (verbal and written) 
  • Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.
