Job Requirement:
Pakistan Single Window PSW is looking for a dynamic individual responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The Specialist will also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design. This position will require you to promote the brand, service, and product to the associated audiences on social media. Your goal will be to create a new following for market and brand awareness. It is also essential that you are aware of social trends and can conduct a thorough media analysis. Furthermore, you will be creating a healthy brand image by creating customer lifetime value through customer inquiries and feedback. You will work with our marketing team to help develop brand awareness about our company through social media.
Responsibilities
- Write long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users
- Use data to analyze what’s working, what’s not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly
- Wear many hats as you work with multiple teams to develop strategy, work with designers, write copy, manage social communities, and analyze data
- Help convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating social media interactions
- Create and maintain social media content calendar and manage social media spending/boosting plan
- Devise a comprehensive Social Media Strategy that is in line with the company’s vision and policy.
- Build and maintain the brand image on social media
- Manage and publish attractive visual and textual content on current social media platforms and continuously looking for new platforms to create a broader market such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Understand the targeted audience for each social channel, creating persuasive content that strikes a chord with the intended audience.
- Maintain healthy relationships with users through interactive and feedback methods
- Data and sentiment analysis to create a better understanding of the target audience and other stakeholders.
- Monitor SEO, community management, creative directing, customer service and copywriting.
- Maximize outreach efforts by engaging influencers and making campaigns a trend
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, HubSpot or Hootsuite
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure promotion of all PSW related products, modules, and other updates or events.
- Other relevant tasks assigned by the Communication Manager
Qualifications, Experience & Technical Competencies:
- Bachelors in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English and Urdu

Pakistan Single Window
Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is an ICT-based system in Pakistan providing a single window for trade. PSW is a facility that allows parties involved in trade and transport to lodge standardized information and documents at a single-entry point to fulfill all import, export, and transit-related regulatory requirements. If information is electronic, then individual data elements need to be submitted only once. PSW will connect relevant government departments with each other and with economic operators like importers, exporters, customs agents, shipping agents, transporters etc, in Pakistan for efficient management of cross border trade. It will provide the ease and transparency in achieving compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, through an on-line facility, that will intelligently handle the information for each transaction without the need to provide same information more than once or to physically visit such government departments. Pakistan has committed to implement various provisions of World Trade Organization’s (WTO) Trade Facilitation Agreement that includes implementation of a National Single Window (NSW) system before February, 2022. Pakistan also needs PSW implementation to overhaul management of its external trade for reducing time, cost and complexity involved to improve its position in various global rankings on competitiveness and ease of doing business. Guiding vision and mission objectives: VISION: Pakistan will establish a world-class automated hub by 2022, offering services and creating efficiencies, to reduce cross border trade related costs, time and complications for improved trade facilitation and compliance. MISSION: Improve cross-border trader processing by providing centralized ICT based services, simplified processes, effective and reliable automation, harmonized data exchange and risk-based selectivity in enforcement of government’s regulations.
