• Support MEAL Manager in establishing and make functional an efficient and action-oriented MEAL system for the project.
  •  Assist the project evaluation exercises in collaboration with donor and head office MEAL manager
  •  Help management in taking data driven-informed decisions based on monitoring, evaluation, and accountability and findings from the field.
  • Support the Meal Manager in implementation of MEAL plan and ensure that monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and program implementation data is regularly collected, updated and coordinated with relevant data management system on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with Meal Manager, review and develop appropriate data collection tools and systems for monitor, evaluate the project goal and outcomes, assuring quality, and managing data according to internal and international standards.
  • In collaboration with the MEAL Manager and program teams, carry out regular participatory project monitoring, evaluation as well as activities according to agreed systems, procedures, and standards.
  • Extend needful support to program teams to track progress of the project activities in line with the agreed output and outcome level performance indicators and beneficiary numbers using standardized tools and systems, to establish/maintain data storage and dissemination systems.
  • Lead and Assist in the designing, collection and analysis of data and information for assessments, surveys, evaluations, assessment, audit and support and as required by the MEAL and program as per project requirements.
  • Promote accountability and ensure compliance with PVDP policies, global Humanitarian Standards for Quality and Accountability, including the complaint and response mechanism (CRM) and ensure client/benificiares feedbask is regularly recorded
  • Ensure that all data related to weekly, bi-monthly, monthly and quarter progress reports are regularly maintain, updated, coordinated with relevant sections and ready for progress reports.
  • Ensure documentation of lessons learnt from project implementation, monitoring, evaluation. success stories, human interest stories and most significant change stories are recorded and documented.
  • Carry out other such tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
