About Pakistan Welding Electrodes Pvt. Ltd.Company has been operating in Industrial Karachi since 1952. It manufactures arc electrodes for use in various industries across Pakistan. We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager that will be part of the growing business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering or similar trade ispreferred
- 3-7 years of sales experience
- Comfortable visiting and establishing relationships within institutions across Pakistan.
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Basic computer skills i.e. MS Office. (Other computer skills a bonus)
- Fluency in English, Urdu, and Punjabi is a must
Location: Karachi with visits to other parts of Pakistan.
Job Specification
- Lead and manage a team of 2-4 salespeople.
- Ability to cold call/visit and establish new clients in order to sell electrodes / technical products
- Maintain relationships with clients and grow business, this includes procurement managers,distributors, factory managers, etc.
- Have an understanding of metals and fabrication in order to manage B2B / Institutional sales
- Set and meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Set and exceed quotas
- Expand Institutional Business (e.g. Cement, Sugar, Fabrication houses, etc.)
- Track and report sales in an organized manner
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team
