Job Description

- Can handle orders, complaints via phone, email, chat or social media.

- Managing stock and ensuring availability of inventory and reporting.

- Handling logistics in transit issues, suggesting solutions on run time accordingly.

- Handling customer pre and post sales quires and issues.

- Communicating with customers through various channels social media and direct channels.

- Strong multi tasking skills and can prioritize tasks and time.

- Hands on experience of tools like MSExcel, MSWord and other tracking tools.

- Ability to manage social media tasks

- Prepare product or service reports by collecting analyzing customer information.

- Adding & Editing product data accordingly time to time.

- will be responsible for online listings of product on sites.
