The Corporate Sales Officer position demands expertise in client relationship management and a thorough understanding of sales cycles within the B2B and institutional sectors. The successful candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, combined with 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience. Proficiency in MS Office applications and sales or CRM reporting tools is essential. Flexibility to travel locally for client meetings and market visits is required. This role does not involve team management but emphasizes individual contribution to achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients in the Rawalpindi and Islamabad markets to improve business opportunities and client satisfaction.
Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research to expand the customer base.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, tracking progress against targets and providing regular updates to management.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to promote company products, ensuring alignment with client needs and closing sales deals effectively.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to tailor offerings and maximize customer retention.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust sales strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
Maintain updated and organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and account information using CRM software and other tools.
Participate in visits to client sites and attend business meetings, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and build the brand presence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while handling all sales processes and client engagements.
Continuously develop professional knowledge and sales techniques through training and market research to enhance performance.
