The ideal candidate holds a valid driving license, owns a motorbike for transportation purposes, and possesses a strong mechanical knowledge base. While a matric qualification is essential, candidates with a diploma will have an added advantage. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can accurately assess and report vehicle conditions to support customer confidence and enhance vehicle safety. As a Car Inspection Inspector at Pakwheels, you will operate diagnostic equipment including OBD-II tools and other inspection instruments to evaluate vehicle functionality and identify potential issues. Reporting and documentation of each vehicle's inspection results are critical to maintaining comprehensive records and facilitating transparent communication with clients. Although this role does not involve team management, effective coordination with colleagues and adherence to company procedures is essential to ensure smooth inspection workflows and timely delivery of reports.
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections using diagnostic tools such as OBD-II scanners and other relevant equipment.
Assess mechanical components to verify proper functionality and identify defects or maintenance needs.
Operate inspection tools accurately to measure vehicle performance metrics and safety compliance.
Document detailed inspection findings and prepare clear, concise reports for clients and internal records.

Manage timely completion of inspection schedules and adhere to company policies.
Use motorbike transportation responsibly to reach various vehicle inspection sites as required.
Stay updated with current vehicle technologies and inspection best practices to continuously improve inspection accuracy.
Follow safety protocols to protect oneself and others during all phases of vehicle inspection.
