Head of Sales, Lahore

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the fintech market, including EMI, nano funds, and BNPL products.
Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure sales strategies are well-integrated and aligned with company goals.
Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts by designing targeted sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
