Full Stack Developer

We are now seeking a Full-Stack Developer (MOBILE APP AND WEB) who not only codes, but also understands how to manage and coordinate small teams. You will act as a bridge between our external development agency in Lahore and our company in Andorra. (Next to Spain, Barcelona)We are looking to set up a small team in Lahore that will give support in different areas regarding our projects. You will be the first employee and your resposability will also be to set up a small office and team in a co-working in Lahore.

Responsibility and organizational skills are among the most important qualities we are looking for in the person we hire.

Task/knowledg:

Review and understand code delivered by our external developers (front-end and back-end)
Help manage technical tasks, priorities and delivery timelines
Support and guide a small local team (e.g., content creators, video editors, AI media content creators)
Handle development work when needed (or API integration)- Validate technical feasibility of product ideas and features
Provide feedback and ensure high code and UX standards are maintained
3–6 years of experience as a full-stack developer
Experience with cloud environments and database.
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead junior contributors
Experience with AI tools and integration (OpenAI, etc.)
