- Generate leads and prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to promote our solar products and services to target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the solar industry, including manufacturers, installers, and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to installation and beyond.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to continually improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and marketing activities to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the solar industry.
- Strong understanding of solar products, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
- Certification or training in solar sales and marketing is a plus.
