Sales and Operation Head (Real Estate)

Paragon City (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Operation Head to lead and drive sales strategies and operational activities within the real estate sector. This role requires a professional with a strong background in sales operations and business development, possessing an MBA or a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and at least 7 to 8 years of combined experience in sales and operations, specifically in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate excels in developing sales strategies, operational management, and customer relationship management while utilizing market research and performance metrics analysis to achieve company objectives. This position demands an individual who can work independently, as it does not require managing a team, but still requires strong leadership and strategic planning abilities to maximize sales performance and operational efficiency.

Analyze sales data and develop performance reports using Microsoft Excel to inform strategic decisions.
Design and execute business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase market share.
Plan and oversee operational budgets while ensuring resource optimization and cost control.
Identify challenges and implement corrective measures to overcome operational obstacles and improve processes.
Prepare sales forecasts and collaborate with management to set achievable targets and growth plans.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to sales and operations in real estate.
Support senior management with insights and recommendations derived from data analysis and market intelligence.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes by adopting best practices and innovative approaches.
