Site Supervisor – High-Rise Building

Paragon City (Pvt.) Ltd seeks a diligent Site Supervisor for its high-rise building projects. The Site Supervisor works closely with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to facilitate smooth operations and ensure timely progress. The position demands a minimum of six years of experience in site supervision, particularly in high-rise construction environments. The Site Supervisor takes responsibility for monitoring daily site operations, inspecting workmanship and materials to uphold quality, and maintaining comprehensive site records. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the supervisor must effectively coordinate among multiple stakeholders to resolve on-site issues promptly and enforce strict adherence to health and safety procedures to create a safe working environment.
Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities on high-rise building projects to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
Coordinate and communicate with engineers, subcontractors, and construction workers to streamline project workflows and resolve any arising issues.
Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and prepare daily reports on site activities and developments.
Inspect workmanship and materials to verify that quality standards are consistently maintained throughout all phases of construction.
Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and secure work environment.
Maintain accurate and organized site records, including logs of daily activities, staff attendance, and material deliveries.
Address on-site challenges promptly and effectively to minimize delays and maintain project timelines.
Support scheduling and sequencing of work to optimize resource utilization and meet project deadlines.
Enforce health and safety procedures by conducting safety briefings and ensuring workers use appropriate protective equipment.
Assist in reviewing construction drawings and specifications to anticipate potential issues and suggest practical solutions.
