We are looking for an Accounts/Finance Manager for a Spice Arena Restaurant situated at Ferozpur Road to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounts/Finance Manager Responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.
Responsibilities
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Completing analysis of the employee expenditures (HR & Payroll processing).
- Managing income and expenditure accounts.
- Cash Flow & Revenue Management.
- POS System and Software Management.
- Inventory and Budget Analysis.
- Taxation and Compliance (sales Tax Income Tax, Withholding Tax, etc)
- Generating the company’s financial reports such as P/L statements and balance sheets using income and expenditure data.
- Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status.
- Filing and remitting monthly sales taxes, annual income ta,x, and other financial obligations.
- Preparing weekly food cost reports and introducing suggestions accordingly
- Managing accounts receivables and payables.
- Managing timely vendor payments and disbursement of salaries
Requirements and skills
- Must have C.An Inter/CAF/B.Com plus Article ship from a well-known firm.
- Must have a minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise
