This is a permanent role subject to a probation period and would suit an organised person who enjoys working under pressure on their own and as part of a busy team.
The role consists of working day and night shifts on rotating shift pattern including weekends in a control room. You will be required to work extra shifts during Holiday & Absence periods to meet the needs of the business.
Job Role: Control Room Operator / Scheduler
Pay rate: Rs.40,000.00
Hours: Full-Time, 12-hour day and night shifts, rotating shift pattern including weekends.
Location: PARAMOUNT BPO, Misaq Ul Mall, Sheikhupura Road, Faisalabad
Duties include:
Below are a few duties and responsibilities that will be undertaken as part of the role:
- The roster management system is to be monitored continuously throughout your shift to ensure staff have logged on and are performing their duties. If staff haven't booked on control room operators must chase and look for alternative cover. This then must be escalated via internal procedures.
- Utilising the scheduling system to populate shifts / find cover / confirm shifts and run reports to ensure officers are adhering to the Company policies.
- All major incidents must be escalated to the relevant Supervisor, Operations or Senior Manager.
- Answering the phone and demonstrating excellent communication skills, displaying a polite and friendly disposition always.
- Completing the relevant reports on a daily basis as required.
- Entering relevant details on to the roster management system. When rostering or arranging last minute or emergency cover officers used must have been inducted at the requested location.
- Monitoring the single man site’s by ensuring regular check call are undertaken by the officers. To also monitor regularly the tagging of sites where applicable and where special attention is required.
- Following Management Instructions either written or verbal.
- To be eligible for this role you must have the following:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel) to which you will be tested on if invited to an interview.
- Must have at least Graduation Degree.
