· Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management;
· Maintaining the condition of the office and production area arranging for necessary repairs;
· To coordinate and monitor inter departmental productivity
· Carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff;
· Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output;
· Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed;
· To ensure using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases and managing filing systems;
· To coordinate with different government agencies like E.O.B.E, Social Security, Drug Regulatory of Pakistan, Wapda etc.
