The Parent Relations Officer is a full-time, on-site position based at our DHA Lahore branch. This role serves as the primary liaison between the school and parents, ensuring effective communication and fostering a positive relationship. The officer will handle inquiries, feedback, complaints, and suggestions from parents, providing timely and respectful responses. Daily responsibilities include coordinating parent meetings and events, sharing updates on school activities and student progress in collaboration with academic and administrative teams, and maintaining accurate records of all parent interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, feedback, complaints, and suggestions promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and organize parent meetings, events, and other engagement activities to strengthen school-family partnerships.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to share relevant updates on school programs, student progress, and activities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and interactions with parents.
- Support the development and distribution of communication materials such as newsletters, notices, and reports.
- Manage email and phone correspondence efficiently, ensuring all communications are clear, respectful, and timely.
- Help build trust and foster a collaborative environment between families and the school community.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with parents, students, and staff members.
