ParkView Enclave Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual for the role of Construction Chemicals Sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts in the construction chemicals sector while managing a team of three persons. This role requires a proactive approach to building strong client relationships, understanding technical product details, and effectively communicating product benefits to customers and stakeholders. With a minimum of one year of experience, the ideal candidate is motivated, results-oriented, and able to lead and inspire their team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a sales team of three members, providing guidance, motivation, and performance support to meet and exceed sales goals. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the construction chemicals industry to maximize revenue and market penetration. Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to customers, highlighting key product features and benefits. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements effectively to secure profitable deals. Utilize project management skills to coordinate sales activities, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor budgeting and control costs associated with sales operations to maintain profitability. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and excellent customer service. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to inform management and support strategic planning.
