Part-Time Accountant – Remote / Work from Home

HIFI NET SMC PVT. LIMITED is looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join their team on a part-time, remote basis. This role involves managing various accounting functions to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting. The position offers flexible working hours from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, allowing the candidate to work comfortably from home. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, expenses, and reconciliations.
- Prepare salary and payroll sheets, ensuring all related documentation is properly maintained.
- Monitor company purchases, payments, and outstanding balances to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and management summaries for review by senior management.
- Keep proper documentation and organized accounting records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Coordinate with management on financial matters and reporting requirements as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Strong practical experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Solid understanding of reconciliations, payroll processing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
