Part-Time Quality Auditor – Men's Wear

A well-established men’s wear brand is seeking an experienced Quality Auditor to maintain and enhance garment quality across its factory and retail outlets. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the company’s high standards for stitching, measurements, finishing, and overall presentation. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to identify defects early in the production process as well as during final inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished garments focusing on stitching, measurements, finishing, and overall quality.
- Examine specific garment components such as collars, cuffs, plackets, buttons, bartacks, embroidery (if applicable), and thread cutting.
- Verify garment measurements and size sets against established specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Identify defects and ensure all products comply with the company’s quality standards.
- Conduct both in-line and final quality inspections at the factory, as well as inspect stock and display garments at retail outlets.
- Prepare detailed audit reports that highlight defects, observations, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in garment quality checking, preferably within the men’s wear segment.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, stitching techniques, finishing processes, and quality standards.
- Excellent observation skills with the ability to detect even minor defects.
- Proficient in reporting and problem-solving to support continuous quality improvement.
- Availability to work on a part-time basis, with working days and hours to be mutually agreed upon.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Familiarity with AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) and QC (Quality Control) processes is highly desirable.
