Velocity is recruiting on behalf of their client, Dairy Club, a wholesale supplier specializing in fresh milk and yogurt. Dairy Club serves restaurants, cafés, and food businesses by providing consistent product quality and reliable delivery. They are seeking a motivated part-time field representative to help expand their restaurant client base in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi area. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients to promote Dairy Club’s products and secure bulk wholesale orders during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit restaurants, cafés, and food outlets to introduce Dairy Club’s wholesale milk and yogurt products.
- Engage with owners, managers, and kitchen heads to understand their needs and present tailored product offerings.
- Secure bulk orders and establish recurring supply relationships.
- Clearly communicate pricing, product details, and delivery terms.
- Follow up with interested leads to convert them into regular customers.
- Maintain daily records of visits, leads, and orders, and report progress to the team.
- Collect feedback on competitors and market pricing to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in wholesale, FMCG, dairy, food supply, or field sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Urdu and English.
- Confident and presentable, with the ability to comfortably approach business owners.
- Good knowledge of the local restaurant market and surrounding areas.
- Own transport (bike or car) is preferred to facilitate travel between client locations.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet targets.
Working Hours
This is a part-time, evening role with working hours from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, totaling approximately 36 hours per week. The position is primarily field-based, requiring travel to various client locations.
