Partner Marketing Manager

We are seeking a proactive marketing operations professional with over two years of experience building programs in HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and an engineer’s mindset—someone who fixes what breaks and measures what works. This role involves managing and optimizing the systems behind our partner program, including HubSpot workflows, email sequences, partner tiers, health scores, deal registration, and partner content. You will ensure every partner registration reaches business development within one working day and leverage AI tools to build, automate, and continuously improve processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the partner program within HubSpot, including workflows, email sequences, partner tiers, and health scores.
- Own and maintain the deal registration form and partner dashboard, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
- Guarantee that every partner deal registration is delivered to business development within one working day.
- Publish partner-related content such as emails, enablement materials, and partner pages on the company website.
- Integrate tools and automate routine partner workflows to minimize manual effort.
- Monitor partner program performance, report on effectiveness, and implement improvements.
- Utilize AI assistants like Claude daily for research, writing, analysis, and automation tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing operations, partner marketing, or a similar role within a software company.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, sequences, forms, lists, and reporting.
- Proven experience publishing website and email content.
- Demonstrated ability to automate routine tasks using AI tools, reusable prompts, AI-assisted workflows, or simple scripts, with examples of past automation projects.
- Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript to connect tools and automate workflows are a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace (for remote applicants).
- Legal authorization to work in Pakistan.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
You will stand out if you approach challenges like an engineer—fixing issues promptly, measuring outcomes, and building reliable systems that require minimal oversight. A strong aptitude for using AI tools to accelerate work and automate repetitive tasks is essential. Taking full ownership of the partner program’s operations with little supervision is expected.

Compensation includes a monthly salary plus commission. Commission is calculated as 7.5% of what VIDIZMO receives on each deal, shared among contributors. For partner deals, the partner retains their margin first. Commissions are paid the month after customer payment, with no cap. Smaller payments are made early for properly completed steps before deal closure. The pay mix at target is approximately 85% salary and 15% commission, with your share being 2.5% of the commission on every partner-related deal.
