Partner Marketing Program Manager

Zones LLC, a leading global IT solution provider with over 35 years of experience, is seeking a Partner Marketing Program Manager to join their Islamabad office. This role supports the Partner Marketing team by managing partner funding claims, proof-of-performance submissions, partner portal activities, invoice tracking, reimbursements, and other related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, this position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth execution and compliance of partner-funded marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage partner portal submissions for MDF, co-op, rebates, incentives, and other funding programs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Track claim statuses, coordinate proof-of-performance collection and validation, and escalate issues related to approvals or reimbursements as needed.
- Maintain funding trackers and dashboards to provide visibility into outstanding claims and reimbursement progress.
- Serve as the primary administrative resource for partner marketing funding programs, maintaining portal access, documentation, and submission records.
- Support partner program audits and compliance requests by gathering necessary documentation.
- Monitor open invoices, follow up on payment delays or discrepancies, and validate supporting documents related to partner-funded activities.
- Maintain accurate records of funding utilization and reimbursement activity.
- Support finance and operations-funded marketing projects by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and documentation.
- Maintain project trackers and status reports for multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, document management, and process improvement efforts.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve tracking accuracy.
- Develop and maintain regular reports on claim status, reimbursement activity, and project completion.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and partner funding requirements.
- Provide visibility into outstanding action items, upcoming deadlines, and partner requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in marketing operations or partner marketing.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
- Analytical mindset with a curiosity to measure, test, and iterate for optimal results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Strong drive for documenting and optimizing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
