This role, based in Islamabad, Lahore, or Karachi, focuses on advancing science to give people more time with their loved ones. You will play a key part in enabling patient access to Roche’s innovative medicines by developing sustainable funding and financing solutions through partnerships with the private sector. Your work will address the funding needs of patients suffering from cancer and rare diseases, contributing to transforming the healthcare ecosystem in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
- Co-create sustainable funding and financing solutions by partnering with private sector entities to support patients with cancer and rare diseases.
- Identify and engage corporate organizations, banks, and insurance companies to channel funding that meets patient access needs.
- Collaborate with health start-ups to develop innovative solutions that improve access to Roche medicines.
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Monitor and analyze project performance against established KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Therapeutic Area and Access & Policy teams to develop cohesive strategies for healthcare transformation in Pakistan.
- Report Adverse Events to the Local Safety Unit within Roche timelines and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Immediately report any incidents or accidents to the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Department.
- Complete all required role-specific, safety, and compliance training within specified timeframes and apply learnings effectively.
- Collect and report all safety-related information on Roche products in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records following Roche’s Local CoreMap policy.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and project management.
- Demonstrated creativity and passion for solving social problems.
- Business development experience and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate a growth mindset with learning agility.
- Public speaking skills and a commitment to embodying Roche’s values.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A business degree is advantageous.
- Experience working with NGOs is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Pakistan healthcare ecosystem is preferred.
- Experience in corporate partnerships and business development is desirable.
