Partnerships Associate

Nysonian is seeking a dedicated Partnerships Associate to support the execution of its partnerships function across multiple lifestyle brands. This full-time, in-person role based in Islamabad operates from 6 PM to 2 AM PKT and focuses on managing influencer and user-generated content (UGC) creator relationships. The Partnerships Associate will handle high-volume administrative tasks such as tracking creator performance, maintaining databases, issuing contracts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely deliverables. This position serves as the primary point of contact for routine communications while escalating sensitive issues to senior leadership. The role is essential to keeping the partnerships pipeline organized and efficient, contributing directly to the success of Nysonian’s fast-growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Track influencer and UGC creator performance, including content delivery, posting schedules, campaign outcomes, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date creator databases, SLA trackers, and project boards (e.g., Monday.com) to provide real-time visibility into campaign stages and deliverable statuses.
- Research and compile targeted lists of creators, manage approved outreach efforts, and coordinate routine scheduling, product shipments, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and issue contracts using approved templates, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.
- Process approved invoices, verify supporting documentation, and collaborate with Finance to track payments.
- Oversee end-to-end deliverable tracking, including follow-ups on submissions, routing content for review, coordinating revisions, and updating status across relevant platforms.
- Support Superfiliate operations and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Operations, and Order Management teams. Escalate complex or sensitive creator issues to the Head of Partnerships.

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing high volumes of tracking data, contracts, and invoices.
- Clear, friendly, and professional written communication skills for ongoing outreach and follow-up with creators.
- Good judgment to determine when to handle issues independently and when to escalate to senior management.
- Comfort with repetitive, consistent, and same-day record-keeping tasks.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, UGC creation, or social media ecosystems is a plus.
- Experience using Monday.com, Google Sheets, or similar project and data tracking tools is preferred.
