Pasari Org is an indenting & trading firm where we provide consultancy & equipment sourcing (Machines) for producing shoes /bags / belts / wallets & Leather. With regards to selling machines for leather Tanneries, we are in this business since 1992, however with regards to selling machines for making shoes & other leather goods we are serving our clients since April 2009.
In total we have around 70 people including admin, sales, commercial, technical and fabrication staff for sales & services. We have offices in three different cities, Lahore, Kasur, & Karachi.
Responsibilities
- Check technical services WhatsApp group with customers
- Daily efficient planning of new machine installation/service contract/repair visits of technical team
- Ensure technical team must share job completion videos in respective WhatsApp group with customer
- Get job done report from customer in WhatsApp group and send bill to customer
- Efficient follow-up of machine delivery to customers with warehouse team
- keep record of all data in Excel Sheet on daily basis
Sklills Required
- Prior experience of managing team is a plus
- Should have necessary experience of using Microsoft Office (Excel & Paint)
- Microsoft outlook of writing and responding emails
