Pastry Chef

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled female Pastry Chef to join a reputable team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of professional experience in pastry preparation, with a solid understanding of baking techniques and dessert production. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of baked goods including cakes, pastries, desserts, and breads.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products.
- Follow established recipes accurately while maintaining proper portion control.
- Organize and prepare ingredients efficiently to maintain a clean and productive workstation.
- Handle proper storage and management of ingredients and finished products to preserve freshness.
- Uphold cleanliness and food safety standards within the pastry section.
- Collaborate in the development and presentation of new pastry and dessert items to enhance the menu.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation processes.
- Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a professional kitchen setting under pressure.
