Hasan Suleman Memorial Hospital (HSMH), a 312-bed welfare hospital currently under development in Malir, Karachi, is preparing to open its doors in December 2026. We are looking for dedicated and responsible Patient Care Assistants (both male and female) to join our team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting patient care and assisting with ward operations to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist nursing staff with routine patient care and daily ward activities.
- Support patients with mobility, transportation, and meeting their basic needs.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness within the ward environment.
- Transport patients, medical samples, and supplies as required by hospital protocols.
- Adhere strictly to hospital guidelines concerning infection prevention, patient safety, and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level: Middle School (preferred).
- Relevant hospital experience is preferred, particularly in hospital housekeeping or similar roles.
- Ability to work in person at the hospital location in Malir, Karachi.
- Candidates must be able to commute independently to the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- At least one year of experience in hospital housekeeping or patient care assistance is preferred.
- Familiarity with hospital protocols and patient safety standards will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach toward patient care are essential.
