Patient Outreach Specialist

We are looking for motivated and professional Patient Outreach Specialists to join our U.S. healthcare campaign based in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role involves making outbound calls to patients across the United States during night shifts from 9 PM to 5 AM. The main objective is to provide patients with information about available healthcare services, respond to basic inquiries, and assist them with the next steps. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, a professional phone manner, and confidence when engaging with U.S. patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients throughout the United States.
- Communicate with patients in a professional and respectful manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding healthcare services offered.
- Engage patients to assess their interest and eligibility based on campaign guidelines.
- Address basic questions and concerns from patients professionally.
- Collect and document required patient information accurately.
- Schedule follow-up calls when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and patient interactions.
- Follow company policies, campaign protocols, and privacy regulations.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets while ensuring call quality.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in patient outreach, healthcare campaigns, call centers, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls.
- Professional, confident, and patient-friendly communication style.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or dialer systems.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours during night shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with the U.S. healthcare or Medicare market is an advantage. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs50,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives.
