Patient Support Coordinator

CareHub Health is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Patient Support Coordinators based in Karachi, Pakistan. This role involves working night shifts and requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively support patients and healthcare staff. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling patient interactions, managing documentation, and learning medical terminology and electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure smooth coordination within the healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate support to patients, addressing their inquiries and coordinating appointments.
- Maintain detailed and precise documentation of patient information and interactions.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to update and retrieve patient data efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to facilitate seamless patient care.
- Manage front desk operations during night shifts, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks to maintain data accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Proficient listening, typing, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information.
- Ability to quickly learn medical terminology and navigate electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Medical or dental graduates (MBBS, BDS, or equivalent) are highly encouraged to apply.
