Patient Support Executive :Mandarin / Cantonese /Vietnamese / Spanish

We are looking for Patient Support Executives fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Spanish to join our team. The successful candidates will deliver professional and efficient support to patients through multiple communication channels, ensuring clear and confident interaction. This role demands empathy and patience to understand patient concerns, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain precise records while providing excellent service in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to patients via phone calls, messages, and other communication platforms.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in the assigned language to address patient inquiries and needs.
- Listen attentively to patient concerns and offer timely assistance and appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to resolve patient issues.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Follow up with patients to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
- Manage multiple patient interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Comply with patient confidentiality protocols and company policies at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Spanish.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills with strong attention to detail in documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
