Patient Support Representative

Prime Health Services is a U.S.-based healthcare organization committed to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care. We are currently seeking a friendly and professional communicator to join our team as a Patient Support Representative. This is a fully remote position where you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, assisting with their scheduling needs and ensuring a smooth communication experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for U.S. medical offices, managing patient interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently to optimize office workflow.
- Conduct reminder and follow-up calls aimed at reducing appointment cancellations and no-shows.
- Verify patient demographics and insurance details accurately to support administrative processes.
- Respond to patient inquiries politely and clearly, maintaining a compassionate tone at all times.
- Collaborate with office staff and healthcare providers to resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues.
- Document all calls and updates precisely within the scheduling or electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Ensure patient privacy is protected by strictly adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Consistently meet established call quality, accuracy, and productivity targets.
- Escalate urgent or complex patient concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health Sciences or a related field such as Radiology, Medical Laboratory Technology, or Physiotherapy.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills, with a clear, neutral, and patient-friendly phone manner.
- Strong listening abilities combined with a compassionate and professional attitude toward patient care.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office, email, typing, and data entry.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to healthcare support functions.

The monthly salary for this role ranges from Rs46,000 to Rs80,000. Please note that this position requires in-person work at the designated location.
