AutoCad Draftsman

Pavex Concrete seeks a skilled and meticulous AutoCAD Draftsman to create precise technical drawings that support structural, architectural, and civil engineering projects. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD software, with a focus on producing 2D technical drawings and 3D models. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to accurately interpret complex design specifications and collaborate effectively with engineers to deliver high-quality and compliant drawings. The AutoCAD Draftsman at Pavex Concrete is responsible for preparing detailed General Arrangement (GA) and fabrication drawings and revising them based on feedback from the engineering team. Candidates should hold a diploma in Civil Technology or Architecture and have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience drafting construction drawings. This position is based in Lahore with an in-person work requirement, providing a competitive salary aligned with experience. The role does not include team management duties but requires a dedicated individual to contribute precise drafting expertise within the project workflow.
Responsibilities

Create 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD software for structural, architectural, and civil engineering projects.
Develop accurate General Arrangement (GA) drawings and detailed fabrication drawings as per engineering designs.
Interpret complex design plans and ensure drawings meet drafting standards and project specifications.
Collaborate closely with engineers to understand project requirements and incorporate their feedback.
Update and revise drawings promptly to reflect engineers' comments and design changes.
Maintain consistent quality and accuracy of drawings through attention to detail and adherence to industry standards.
Support the preparation of construction and detailing drawings for reinforced cement concrete (RCC) and steel structures.
Utilize knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) drawings to contribute to specialized structural drafting tasks.
Ensure all drafted documents comply with technical specifications and project timelines.
Manage drawing files and documentation to facilitate easy retrieval and version control throughout project life cycles.
