Payment Posting Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payment Posting Executive to join our growing US-based Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately posting insurance and patient payments, processing remittance advice, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded to support the billing process. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of payment data within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately post insurance and patient payments to individual patient accounts.
- Process and reconcile Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs), and other payment records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors related to payment postings.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Collaborate closely with Accounts Receivable (AR) and billing teams to address payment-related issues.
- Adhere to established quality standards and compliance requirements throughout all processes.

Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in US Medical Billing or Payment Posting.
- Strong understanding of insurance payments, EOBs, and ERAs.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of numerical accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude with a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
