PayPerCall Account & Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a skilled Account & Affiliate Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with both buyers and our publisher network. This role demands an experienced professional who can effectively manage various aspects of affiliate marketing and account management within a fast-paced environment. The position operates remotely during US working hours, specifically from 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM Pakistan time, offering flexibility while aligning with international business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with buyers and publishers to drive growth and ensure smooth operations. Recruit, onboard, and manage publishers to expand and strengthen the network. Monitor key performance indicators such as call quality, caps, payouts, and overall campaign performance to optimize results. Address disputes professionally and negotiate improved terms that benefit all parties involved. Identify and scale high-performing buyers, publishers, and traffic sources to maximize profitability. Play an active role in growing the pay-per-call operation in a sustainable and profitable manner.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 2 to 4+ years of experience in account management, affiliate management, CPA networks, lead generation, or related fields. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential. Proven experience working directly with buyers, publishers, affiliates, or managing qualified calls is required. The ideal candidate is self-driven and capable of independently managing and nurturing professional relationships to achieve business goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This position offers a competitive market salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs100,000 per month.
