Payroll Executive

Mövenpick Hotel Centaurus Islamabad, situated in the heart of Pakistan’s capital, is a luxury property under the global Accor brand. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Executive to oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, maintain high confidentiality, and efficiently manage payroll records to support smooth payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll accurately and within established deadlines.
- Verify employee attendance, overtime, leave records, and other payroll-related data.
- Calculate salaries, taxes, allowances, deductions, overtime, and final settlements.
- Manage payroll processing for new joiners, resignations, and salary adjustments.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and salary information.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Prepare payroll reports, salary summaries, and other related documentation.
- Address employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and payroll matters.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all payroll information.
- Assist with payroll audits and maintain proper supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and payroll procedures.
- Support preparation and processing of end-of-service benefits and final settlements where applicable.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing or payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll procedures, salary calculations, and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll management systems.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
