Job Responsibilities

  • Update Company Policies & Procedures
  • Update Employee Handbook of the Company
  • Keep record & maintain Employees' attendance on daily, monthly and yearly basis.
  • Keep record of Employee Leaves on monthly and yearly basis.
  • Select, interview, test and recruit employees to fill the vacant positions 
  • Update Job Descriptions of various positions existing in the Company.
  • Update different HR Forms & Letters
  • Administer Employee Benefits such as Medical Insurance.
  • Work with management for the Salary Increments & Bonuses.
  • Assist the Supervisors and Management during Employee Appraisal Period.
  • Prepare Appointment Letter of new joiners and send Welcome Mail about the new employee's joining to all Staff.
  • Update & maintain the Head Count of the Company.
  • Prepare Training Calendar yearly and arrange trainings accordingly.
  • Arrange events yearly for Employees' entertainment.
  • Introduce new joiners to all Company Staff (Employee Orientation).
  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently along with Finance Department
  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures 
  • Preparing and sending Pay Slips to all employees individually through mail.
  • Perform other activities as per supervisor's instruction.

Experience and Skills Required for the Role:

  • Less than one or one year of experience in HR.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
