1. In consultation with her or his line manager and the principal, prepare the college annual budget and review and update it as necessary.
  2. Monitor income and expenditure in relation to the college budget and produce monthly reports for the CFO, principal, and finance committee.
  3. Keep all college accounts and prepare income and expenditure reports in accordance with financial regulations.
  4. Maintain and oversee all bank accounts, including the school’s debit card(s), completing monthly reconciliations, and reporting banking errors to her or his line manager.
  5. Ensure that the college finance policy is reviewed and updated as necessary and that the college meets all financial requirements.
