We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR professional to lead talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement within a fast-paced, technology-driven organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies, managing onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and nurturing a positive workplace culture. This role demands a hands-on approach to performance management, talent development, and HR analytics to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to support rapid organizational growth. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and finalizing hires. Create and implement structured onboarding programs that enhance new employee engagement and accelerate their productivity.

HR Operations & Compliance
Prepare and maintain essential HR documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, payroll updates, experience letters, recommendation letters, and disciplinary records. Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data management within HRIS systems and physical personnel files. Oversee attendance monitoring, leave management, and assist with monthly payroll processing. Maintain strict adherence to labor laws, internal policies, and confidentiality requirements.

Employee Engagement & Culture
Design and implement initiatives that foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, particularly tailored to technology teams. Promote employee recognition and well-being programs. Act as a culture ambassador by reinforcing company values and collaborating with leadership to build a high-performance work environment.

Performance & Talent Development
Coordinate performance review cycles by working closely with managers to deliver timely and constructive feedback. Identify skill gaps and organize relevant learning and development programs, including technical training, soft skills workshops, and leadership development opportunities.

HR Strategy, Data & Insights
Collect and analyze key HR metrics such as hiring pipelines, employee engagement trends, and productivity indicators. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to optimize talent management strategies and improve the overall employee experience. Drive continuous improvement of HR processes to meet the evolving needs of a technology-focused organization.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and modern HR practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS platforms such as ResourceInn, FlowHCM, BambooHR, or PayPeople.
