Cricket Associations – Pakistan Cricket Board:
Cricket Associations across Pakistan is the new domestic cricketing structure – an enablement of the vision of game set forth by the Prime Minister of the state. The six associations include:
- Baluchistan Cricket Association
- Central Punjab Cricket Association
- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cricket Association
- Northern Cricket Association
- Sindh Cricket Association
- Southern Punjab Cricket Association
Who will Excel:
We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast paced, dynamic start up. We are searching for problem solvers and quick action takers.
What will you do:
- You will be the point of contact for all associates of the Cricket Association, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
- Be an administrative liaison with the PCB head-quarters.
- Will be providing support in full employee life cycle from hiring to exit.
- Preparing reports and presentations on HR and Admin related matters.
- Collecting and recording payroll information including working days, leaves etc. and submitting reports to central HR on monthly basis.
- Ensuring associations’ administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
- Preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Organizing and maintaining a filing system for important and confidential documents.
- Arranging travel and accommodations for staff who will be traveling for business purposes
What you will need:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR or administration. MBA will be a plus.
- At least three years of experience in HR/Administration
- Strong administrative skills
- Aspiration to be an integral part of cricketing history, setting up the new domestic cricket structure across Pakistan, enabling the Prime Minister’s vision for the game.
Who you will work with:
- Reports to the CEO Cricket Associations
- Other Stakeholders as and when required
The positions are based at: Quetta, Lahore, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Karachi and Multan
