• Checking and monitoring of daily attendance in HRIS System
  • Checking the attendance and forward it to HR Department for Salary preparation
  • Carry out and manage activities for issuance and activation of Fuel Cards
  • Perform verification of fuel bills and forward to Finance Department for payment
  • Checking and monitoring EOBI & SESSI for all employees and dealing with all related issues
  • Checking of company-provided medical facility as per defined SOP
  • Ensure timely compilation of company preventative plans
  • Perform and supervise departmental meetings with all supervisors twice in a month
  • Follow up with Sr./Executive civil work activities such as Renovation and utility issues.
  • Prepare, manage and monitor the budget for administration related cost centers
